Shipping Policy

At Badger Air Sport, we aim to get your order delivered safely and promptly across South Africa.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and tracking link.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We partner with reliable local courier services (door-to-door) to ensure safe transit of your airguns, accessories, and gear:

  • Major Regional Centers: 2 – 4 business days.

  • Outlying / Regional Areas: 3 – 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and volumetric weight.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will automatically apply at checkout once the minimum threshold is met.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Returns & Cool-Off Period

  • Return Window: Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with all original accessories, manuals, and protective packaging included.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was received damaged or sent in error, the customer is responsible for courier fees associated with returning the item.

Exchanges & Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturer fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange for the collection of the item for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless proven defective prior to use:

  • Used airgun pellets, BBs, or consumables.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, unauthorized alterations, or seal tampering.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (including Payflex) or credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
